I like to bake !

These are the bread that I baked in May and June 2019. I learnt how to bake by watching some youtube video. Taking action is the first step.

The round one at the bottom is the first trial. I think the yeast did not work out for this case as I used cold watch. The one on the left hand top corner is another failure as I cut the bread too early and the inside is like not ready.

The one on the right hand concern is a success as the shape looks good and it tastes good.

Practice makes perfect, I will try and try and try !
